I can owe my work and create stretch goals to stay above target.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Better pay, positive work environment, managers who share ALL my stats so I know before my review. Asking them to stop canceling our 1:1s and meetings so we can have time to actually cover work items.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My dept is full of "clicks" and have a very negative attitude all the time. I keep my head down, do my work and avoid the rumors and chatter they enjoy having that is negative about others and the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Well, Since QTC our stats were not able to be generated. Once they were, I was only ever given a low overview of my stats - saying that I'm killing it. But in my review specific areas were "not met" but never once shared with me prior. This resulted in me not getting a raise after 15 months.
