My team is very helpful and truly wants everyone to succeed. When a great conversation topic is brought up, my team's true colors shine!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because even if I answer all my emails, make all my calls, and have the right conversations, this is still seen as 'not good enough' if my sales goal is not over 100%. Compared to other companies, the base is low at TKWW.
