I enjoy working here, but I believe I have strong set of skills that can be better utilized in other areas of our company.
What makes you most happy at work?
It gives me a purpose outside of motherhood. Being a working mom and providing for my child is important to me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work-life balance is controlled by each individual. If you work hard, you will reap the benefits of spending time "living life".
What are some of the best things about your team?
We care about each other in both our work environments and personal lives. We each want to be successful and take responsibility for our actions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is open to feedback and suggestions. While the feedback is not always implemented, it is nice to have a forum for open discussion.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been here for several years and have shown my commitment and growth as an employee. However, there is very little room for growth/promotion in my role. It feels like they only way I will get promoted or compensated fairly is if I change departments or move to another company within TKWW.
