The Team Culture. Couldnt be more greatful for my colleagues. Its a great team to be on.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Manager is a great leader who motivates, inspires and challenges the team and makes me want to exceed in my role and contribute as much as I can.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Openess, how supportive everyone is. I immediately felt welcome on the team, great sense of humour. All intelligent and capable people to work with. Fantastic leadership. I feel truly supported here by my team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary review is complete behind closed doors. Minimum salary incease for a very high rating provides a poor long term vision for me at the company as well as for long term employee retention. Also no stock for eu employees, or perhaps its just me.
