Overall TKWW has been a wonderful company to work for. The culture and people component is strong and i do see myself here for many years to come. Biggest area of opportuniy that could be addressed is compensation at the rep and manager level to be more aligned with industry standard.

Overall the sentiment of "we win together" is very clear. We want each other to succeed and grow and move forward as a business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am in a position where change is constant and i feel confident in navigating my team through that however the current compensation im earning is below the average rate for the industry. An increase to base salary would be favorable and/or different ratio in base + variable compensation
