What is the best part about your compensation package?
Work from home allows compensation to be fair, as money is saved on commuting, childcare, attire, etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our smaller department feels like a whole business on its own. This is where I find positive culture and an interactive environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Always wanting the best for our clients and they will go the extra mile, put in the extra time, to make sure this happens every day.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I am working hard for the end user gives me the most joy. Being able to show positive products and cohesive team output is extremely fulfilling.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Becoming a more diverse set of individuals with unique backgrounds and talent sets. This brings a variety to decisions and outcomes, which has been needed for a while.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Wanting to give all teams a comfortable place to work, whether in office or at home, is something I truly love about TKWW. You can see they want to be an employer of choice.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do like that they are bringing in fresh C-Suite talent that has not worked with the base team over the past years. Having this new set of experience and knowledge will be key as we innovate and become an agile, solutions driven company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do feel that the benefits are very fair, given the options companies have in our current culture. TKWW is always striving to do what is right and fair for their team members, while also watching the company finances and making sure we are not giving away more than we should.
