What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the collaboration within different teams is fantastic; there aren't egos in the room so you feel comfortable to speak up and work together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is forward-thinking and agile with anything that comes our way. I trust that they make the right decisions for our customers and employees. They are an insanely smart and talented group and I feel lucky to work with them!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team meetings are collaborative and informative; it offers insight into what other team members are working on, the priorities and the 'why' behind those initiatives. There really aren't any egos in the room, everyone has a voice and shows respect to others.
What makes you most happy at work?
Our company truly values its customers! We build products and experiences that are designed to help customers with their needs - by understanding their behaviors, wants and experiences. We put the customer/user experience first -and this is something the entire company understands the importance of.
