Overall the experience has been good. I do think that the organization should pay more attention to employee development. Little time is taken for post mortems and setting time aside for learning days. Additionally, the recruitment and promotion of diverse talent is lacking.

The work is challenging and allows me to continue to learn.

The leaders are very accessible and open to ideas. They try to keep the atmosphere positive and upbeat.

My team works well together. We have trust in each other's capabilities and execute tasks with this approach in mind.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Key metrics show that competitors are paying more for the same roles across all departments. This allows for strong talent to be poached.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership team is inquisitive, innovative and open to ideas. They are very capable of using data and reporting shared via each of their teams to make key decisions quickly and thoughtfully. They try to be inclusive while making decisions.
