This company strongly focuses on creating a fun work environment while staying committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and diverse workplace. My peers and leaders are supportive and fun but also respectful and hard-working.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay structure (at least in the sales category) revolves around hustling and grinding to make money. If you are driven and willing to put in activity, this role is great. The 401k match and health insurance aren't fabulous.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is extremely transparent and open to feedback. They frequently survey employees to makes sure they're aware of where improvements can be made. In the years I've worked here, I have seen them take feedback and make adjustments to create an amazing work environment.
