My leadership team is involved, responsive, and open. I receive consistent updates, opportunities to provide feedback, and I am treated like a valuable member of the team, regardless of my title. I love that!

The best part about my compensation is that I do not have to sacrifice my pay for my benefits. They are both competitive, and my Manager looks for ways to keep it that way.

I love the culture of development. Our company is heavily invested in the development of the team and I'm excited about the next two years expansion into our global base with these development tactics.

My team loves to work together. Every interaction, we are looking for solutions that allow us to work smarter and make our tasks easier. We brainstorm often, and talk about what could be while focusing on immediate changes needed to make our organization flourish.
