Working on various projects that help me build new skills, talking to co workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is below my value and isn't aligned with market value for similar jobs.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everything was communicated very clearly and structured well so I knew what to expect. The conversations were informative but casual and comfortable so I had an understanding of workplace culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is an open and friendly environment. They welcome collaboration and everyones input, and I feel comfortable expressing myself and my perspectives. The training was straight forward and seamless so I can work independently with ease and also reach out to help when needed.
