Overall, I love working at TKWW. While I wish there was more racial diversity amongst the staff and leadership, I recognize the intentional efforts the company if putting forward to make this happen. The culture is great, even with being remote, and perks don't hurt to have either.

I like that the company is intentionally about finding employees that fit with the culture and environment.

My team is comprised of members with a variety of experience that was gained internally and externally.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that my job is based around helping the clients see success. Every day has the opportunity to be different and allow me to use a different skill or develop a new skill.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and environment of the company really encourages employees to bring their true self to work. As a minority in the company and on my team, I've always felt comfortable with being myself in the work environment without judgement.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that the TKWW Leadership team is transparent with everything going on within the company. I rarely, if ever, feel blindsided by decisions or the path the company is taking for its employees and the clients. I know that I am working for a company with leadership I can trust.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation package is the bonus structure & the unlimited PTO. Each month I am able to earn additional money based on my performance. Though I do feel that some aspects of the bonus structure should be a part of the base salary. And I love that I can take guilt free time off!!
