I have a flat salary compensation package, no bonus or commission so I don't quite know how to answer this.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy working with people who are passionate about their work, who don't overvalue hierarchy/titles over good ideas on how to work efficiently, and people who actively work to encourage cross team collaboration.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most companies have some form of "Transparency" as a core value but very few put their money where their mouth is. I believe TKWW does a good job of actually being transparent on Global and Team OKRs/initiatives.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I LOVE working on a team full of smart, hardworking, collaborative women! As someone with a background in sales, I am used to male dominated ego battles and unhealthy competition. Here, everyone working on go to market team genuinely works hard to be supportive and collaborative.
