I do love what our company stands for I just wish my coworkers were held to higher standards.

They do a lot of talking behind your back and trying to make you look bad to managers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid the same as an entry level yet I do way more, More pressure and more complicated.
