Working at TKWW for almost two years has been a positive experience; however, I do wish that there was more opportunity for career growth within your department as well as better feedback from your managers.

The transparency, especially during our town hall meetings!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being here for almost two years, I have not received a raise/promotion even though I have taken on more roles and projects.
What are some of the best things about your team?
How talented everyone is in their own way. I love hearing everyone's diverse opinions and being able to collaborate with my team members.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of our company's culture is how fun it is, especially through the in-office activities pre COVID and now the activities we can do online (i.e virtual workout classes, trivia, etc).
