coworkers need to stop "multitasking" and pay more attention during meetings. Most meetings are generally inefficient

Their honesty and commitment to a clear/consistent mission. They are also generally good people who care about their employees.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Further operationally consolidation across all properties. It still feels like I work at 3 separate companies- thebump, theknot, and weddingwire.

What makes you most happy at work?

I am most happy when given the time to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations. I also enjoy creative problem solving
