Digging into to processes and finding ways to enhance experiences for customer, associates and efficiency
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, and that they are really part of the team, not stuffed away in corner offices so to speak, but approachable and easy to talk to
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
DE&I focus is amazing, but still have a long way to go in putting it into practice and having more representation of POC, but I believe commitment is there to make progress
