I love that we can laugh through the hard times and lean on each other.
I love that I can work from home and still feel connected to the team through slack.
I understand companies evolve, however, I am currently doing a lot of extra customer service for another department while they do not have to participate in phone calls, chats ect. I do not think that it is fair to feel overworked and underpaid.
