The people at TKWW are incomparable! I stay in my role solely for my colleagues. A better group of people doesn't exist!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
TKWW employees are paid 30% less than competitors. We pay our tech team members top dollars but forget to fairly compensate the little guys who get the job done each day. Those who are on the front lines speaking with customers, bringing in new talent, etc. Pay fair wages.
