I have only been here for a few weeks currently but can tell that they care about their employees. Expectations are high though which is good because they are focused on meeting their goals and keeping their product relevant.

I loved this company so much, but these constant changes and poor products have really burnt me out.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are not competitive with our customers' expectations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just accepted another offer that is $50000 more without a senior title.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our little team has a good chemistry, but other teams can be very aggressive and belittling with their demands.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the flexibility of working from home but still being able to make a difference and help our customers.

We are constantly looking for ways to improve and even when it is stressful it does not turn into a negative environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all seem incredibly smart and driven and respect everyone on the team and work together even when they have differences in opinions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They all seem to be in it for the right reasons and know what is going on with all the processes at their company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
These are the best health insurance benefits I have ever had before. Lowest premiums. Love the unlimited PTO option and all the paid holidays.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I will miss my coworkers, but I have to do the best for ourselves. The good thing is, many of them have already been leaving for the past 6 months.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team needs to really look at what we do and invest time and resources back into our people. We are really burnt out and don't see the light at the end of the tunnel.
