We have initiatives and goals but there is constant change which is concerning. Job security is questionable as new leaders move in with different agendas. Diversity of thought is only for those in certain levels in the company and so it's easier to just say nothing and follow along.

I am most happy that I have a job that I'm entrusted to work autonomously and never feel micro-managed.

The best part of the compensation package is the unlimited PTO and that we are truly encouraged to use it!

We have a cohesive team with an awesome leader at the helm. We collaborate and everyone is willing to help each other without hesitation. No.drama.ever.

My team is cohesive and collaborative. We each have our strengths within our specialties and the diverse backgrounds that we bring to TBH which help us to improve practices.

I appreciate the communication channels and transparency. I also appreciate that they welcome employee feedback and address concerns even if the answer isn't always the one employees want to hear. It definitely beats being ignored.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits offered are competitive as is my salary. I appreciate the flexibility in my schedule to take care of personal things and the unlimited PTO is a bonus to help with work life balance.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
communication skills and emotional intelligence, often feel like others on the team treat me as if I'm wasting their time and/or lack experience so maybe that's why I'm excluded which does not make me feel like I belong or have worth
