Staffing and tooling needs are still lagging behind the growth we continue to intentionally seek. Continue to invest in headcount and standardized tooling across brands.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't have one for entire organization. It's more on a micro-level. My immediate team members (peers) and direct reports have open communication and a willingness to connect and help one another.
