The culture has yet to be developed. People are generally positive but the turnover has gutted this company from some valuable resources with legacy knowledge on our products
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Care about work-life balance. Genuinely cares about people. Sometimes needs to get closer to the reality of the operating environment and help solve provlems. These problems are driving away good people.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The organization is complex and takes more work due to the multiple product lines and functional organizations. At the same time, resourxes are resteicted, and positions are backfilled using suppressed salary numbers from the previous person severely limitinf the talent thst could be brought in.
