Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that with the amount of issues that have been occurring almost daily - makes the work more overwhelming and when there wasn't exactly the most adequate training and just being thrown into the position, current compensation does not feel fair.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There have been a lot of issues with the program and it seems like there is little to no communication from higher ups to customer care so we have a hard time telling the clients what's really happening and what to expect.
