Requirements are high while comp is very low relative to market for many positions

Almost everyone is here because they care about our mission and are willing to dedicate themselves to achieving it and servicing our customers no matter what it takes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe my compensation is below market for my position. Although our benefits packages are fair, I believe that they lag the healthcare industry which typically provides very strong benefits packages.
