What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At the end of the day, we make software to help mental health and healthcare providers. That matters in the world we live in and the teams I work with all care about the company's mission. We are also a company that values innovation and inclusiveness.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work in many areas outside my job description (which is fine, I like working with the team and working for success) and my salary doesn't reflect what I do. There isn't a clear review (I know we talk about them but it doesn't seem to happen) or raise structure in place which is disheartening
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and I'm lucky that I really enjoy my work. I love what I do and it fulfills my creative and analytic sides. I like that I can push the envelope, try new ideas, and take the time to adjust experiments. Plus, I have a fast paced job so I am never bored. Usually finish up my day in a good mood.
