People really want each other to succeed and be happy. Everyone's contributions are valued.

The leadership team is comprised of thought leaders who want to make a difference in healthcare.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Knowledgeable teams and they are helpful, but at the end of the day, everyone has to watch our backs.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I understand the new executives want to build their own team. All the years of sweats and tears mean nothing to them.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay was already low, and kind of a joke. The hard work doesn't match up with what I am getting every two weeks.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The team was great and we were working towards the same goals. The executive team wants more and more and they aren't able to meet the board's expectations and are changing goals constantly. If you are in sales, stay away.
