I have really enjoyed it thus far, but I am worried about advancement and educational growth. I haven't really been challenged. My boss knows my career goals, but thus far there hasn't been any movement there.

Unlimited PTO. I love the freedom to take days off when I need, with the expectation that my work will be done makes work life and home life great!
