So far I have that same feeling when I first started in this field. So far I have had to change my schedule and my team leads were very accommodating. Plus I just went on a vacation that I paid for last year, and with the unlimited PTO I was still able to take it.

Is when I hear the relief in the voices of the providers that I bill for. Yes they have advised to my manager and supervisor on my progress with their accounts.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The best part about Billcare team is that we all bring in different perspectives on the billing that we do. Yes it is all Behavioral Health but at the same time it is slightly different due to the contracts that the providers have with the insurance carriers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I know that the rate I am being compensated at is a little less then what I was making, but it is fair. Like I said in my first interview I know my worth and it is not $30.00 an hour, but I will provide a $30.00 an hour attitude.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Is that I believe is that I was easier to train due to my 7 years of billing experience. Also when I got here we had a Christmas Party that even with being new was able to participate in. I like my flexible hours and that if I need to change my schedule I can.
