This was a promising company a year ago.

The flexibility, trust and collaboration

Executing new feature and functionality that our customers need

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

This leadership team needs to go. Too much damage has been done.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

This executive team needs to go. Run fast and don't look bad.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our teams are extremely collaborative and you know you are working with people whose goals are aligned with yours.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team has vast experience and domain knowledge to assist the teams in removing blockers, providing guidance and supporting individuals in their career goals.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Poor pay and more and more layoffs are happening. We don't know if we will come back the next Monday with the same coworkers.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

This is not the same company from a year ago. Many good employees have left and leadership is not backfilling their roles. We are all working much harder to survive.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Lots of poor communications all around and teams are not on the same page. Executives are not clear with expectations and are only focusing on what's benefiting their own areas before the company is sold. Chaos are everywhere.
