What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our executives are very caring, willing to listen, approachable, and has a genuine interest of our employees' well-being. It shows from company-wide meetings, team meetings, coffee and donut hours, to 1-on-1 meetings.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO for sure. We also have a great overall benefits package. 401k matching without a vesting schedule is also nice. Employee equity program is great, hard to understand, but I appreciate the gesture.
