I am not confident about the future of Therapy Brands. Many people have left, and I just don't see myself believing in the mission any more.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The no cap commission that they offer

Our lead prospects don't like the limitations that we have with our products.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that they want us to have a well balanced home and work life.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have some good laughs and help each other out with things being really tough right now.
What makes you most happy at work?
Talking in Slack with my new coworkers. Getting to know everyone and learning what I do on a daily basis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our base salary is really not competitive comparing to our competitors, and we are all getting calls by their recruiters.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is always willing to answer my questions and help me grow in my knowledge and understanding of the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the mission of what we do. I just don't feel like we are practicing who we are and what we are about.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Many senior leaders have left the companies and we are all running very lean. ELT members don't necessarily tell us what is happening with all these changes and it's really hurting the team morale.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem like they are very invested not only in us as professionals but in our individual lives as well. Seems like a great company so far, I appreciated the conference in Atlanta. It was so nice to meet everyone face to face.
