Working from home. Making a difference.

Everyone is very dedicated to TBH.

Everyone is welcoming and extremely patient and helpful!

I truly love it here!!

Everything is fair and comparable!!

I love that they are all very knowledgeable in RCM.

Pretty standard. Nothing to brag about, nothing to complain about.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to listen better and we need to respect each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay has decreased since March and was forced into a new role.

Most people came for the mental health awareness. At least we have that in common.

I have not officially met them yet however my peers have been extremely welcoming and helpful!!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working from home but I also love the people I have encountered so far.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our products are so hard to use for customers, and they just don't get it. Nothing is being done about this.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I have had 5 managers for the past 2 years. The leadership team is clueless at what they are doing, and we are just running around sometimes for no reason.
