I came to Therapy Brands for the mission to do more even though the pay isn't as competitive. Now I am really doubting myself making the wrong choice.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Many of my colleagues have left, but I don't see the executive team care about the reasons or try to retain them. I am very worried about my own future with the company.
