I have had a couple not so great interactions with the ELT members.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people here are great, but everyone seems to be working in the dark without a clear picture of what we are working on and for.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our customers don't trust us, talk down on us, and don't believe we have solutions to their issues. Lots of system related issues that are out of my hands. I am just a punching bag some days.
