What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

When we work together on a groove, things are going well, until the next waves of priorities pour in from the executives.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

My customers don't seem to have faith for our deliverables, and I am constantly losing customers with issues that are out of my hands.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay is terrible, and they expect us to come to the office at least 3 days a week when the weather is bad and gas prices are high.

What are some of the best things about your team?

People are great to work with, but the good ones seem to go faster. Some employees seem to have the favorites, and most just come and go. 80% of my team is completely different than last year.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Things were looking fine and going to be great a year ago, but since the CEO started, everything has gone south. Sales is not progressing, and most exciting projects are delayed or cancelled due to funding. Constant new priorities are coming at us and sometimes daily.
