There are some really good team and company meetings that keep me engaged.

There are many bad bloods in the team dynamics, and our commissions and sales goals are very questionable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part, the team is very knowledgeable and helpful. Some tenured account executives appear to have chips on their shoulders.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The executive team doesn't care. They just don't. They show up at meetings all smiles and tell us how well the company is going, but none of the platform is meeting goals.
