Executives really need to look in the mirror and reevaluate their hearts if they are doing the right things.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

People are out to get each other over sales leads.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Majority of the people still care about our customers very much.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People are nice in meetings, but not particular helpful from marketing to sales.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Unlimited PTO is about the only good thing. Our pay is laughable.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to be more transparent about what's going on in the business, especially with KKR.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We need new leaders or just put us up for sale again and hope for the best.

Customers hate us. We are just not competitive in the market place with our pricing, options, and platform capabilities.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The work environment has been very stressful. Revenue has declined and there isn't a true plan on how to innovate the platforms.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Benefits are still good, but our pay has been flat. However, leaders are willing to bring in high dollar new hires who don't last long.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Prime example of a good company gone bad. The executives have no plan and constantly come up with trying efforts to put pressures on the teams when they don't really understand the business or the products.
