I have been with the company for a few years, and this year has been the toughest.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There needs to be more collarboation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is at least $80k under market value.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I'm the only female on my team. I don't always feel comfortable speaking up in meetings or with some of the comments being passed around.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
So many things that are wrong. It needs to start with the leadership but they are no where to be seen unless they need something.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This was a really good company. REALLY GOOD. The past year, the executives have really run it to the ground with poor decisions and executions. We are constantly being ask and pressured with endless projects and deadlines. There is no light at the end of the tunnel.
