It was a really good three year run. I finally gave my notice as the past 10 months were just unbearable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no clear plan or future. Our sales numbers are not good, company is missing goals, and customers complaints are at all time high.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my coworkers, we just don't have many of them around any more. My team is 1/3 of the size comparing to 8 months ago.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I don't know where to begin to talk about this constantly changing executive leadership team. They don't seem to have a clue of what we do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People who have been with the company for a while really care about what we do. The new folks hired are not quite the same as the old crew.
