The pressure from the leadership team is too much.

My pay is already low. I can't lose my benefits since I have my daughter on my plan.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Right now it's the team cheering for each other. Most of us don't like the direction our leaders are taking us too.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to do something about these layoffs and turnovers. We are so over worked and terrified that we are next on the chopping block.
