People are so overworked and are short with each other.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Run. This ELT team has no clue what they are doing. It's like the blind leading the blind.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good team of knowledgeable people, but this company doesn't seem to be able to retain our staff. People are being let go or left and took another job without a replacement. We are all working like dogs.
