There is no synergy. We need more collaboration and opportunities to bring everyone together to close a deal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Both our pay and benefits can be more competitive. There is no tuition assistance or any type of true learning opportunities to grow.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's tough being in sales without a team of good people to cheer each other on. Everyone focuses on their own things and numbers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
A number of very questionable leaders have been hired within the past year, and they don't seem to understand what we do and who we are.
