Many people have left the company recently but we are not backfilling them. I am very concerned about my future.

Onboarding has not been good lately with people who don't understand the business.

People care about what we do, and we really want to do a good job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This was a great company to work for. This past year everything has declined along with our revenue.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers have been VERY demanding, and there is not a fundamental way to make it better because of our product issues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our pay hasn't really been adjusted in a long time. New people are hired and making way more than I do with less years of experience.
