What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The current executive team needs to go.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
This company needs a complete shake off and make over. It's very sad to see. Therapy Brands was once a great company to work for.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A small number of people still care. Most people just want to get by until they find another job or laid off. Morale is extremely low across the board.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are still somewhat good, but the pay has not adjusted unless you are a new hire. We are significantly undervalued but we are also worried about our jobs with the rounds of layoffs this year.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The current leadership team has no vision. They constantly throw their asks out from their sandbox to put pressures on employees, and when it doesn't turn out well (how could it turn out well since they don't know what they are doing?!) they pivot to another plan and repeat the vicious cycles.
