Morale is at an all time low. Managers are trying to do something but leadership keeps on changing and adding responsibilities due to customer demands from product issues.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
This used to be a great place to work remotely. A selected and biased group of people are being asked to return to office. Lots of inconsistencies with knowledge sharing and miscommunication.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This is not the same company when I joined. The current executive team is reckless with their decision making and there have been a number of misfires that led to many employees leaving with frustration.
