What is the best part about your compensation package?

i don't get one because I'm a student

Bonos, días de descanso, trabajo en equip

they are really beneficial and helps keep me motivated

Flexible work time, premium bonus percentage every week

free glasses insurance. You get free food.

I get paid pretty ok

Review from Sales Dept

Offer health coverage after so long

Review from Customer Support Dept

Everything about it is very easy to understand.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Review from Sales Dept

They cover whatever medical bills become necessary as a result of an injury at work.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would feel better, if i wasn't held at gunpoint when I say I want to quit.

I am doing the responsibilites as a supervisor and getting paid as team leader

a livable wage that wont increase prices the same amount or more

A manager who listens to the employer Resolve issues Keep a good team each shift Most all listen Missed que when someone is bulling and than manager not liatening. Only makes employee feel less about themaepf

My team and I try our best to make drive thru time but our best is considered our worse performance. They do not consider scenarios where customers may change their order or the fact that there are customer who order a lot of items that require more time to make. We only have a linited amount of ppl

I feel like I don't get paid enough for the work they have me do

Keep am eye on new employee. Because the older employee are telling they total work to new employee and they are having free time.

I am pushed really hard every shift, and it's the most stressful job I've ever worked, but I get minimum wage and almost no benefits.

BEING LEFT ON THE FLOOR AFTER FAINTING AND BEING TOLD IM NOT WORKING HARD ENOUGH ! Need i say more?

getting paid more than minimum wage

Hard work is not appropriated. Bonuses are given to buddies. not earned. Very corrupt atmosphere

Women are paid less in my area in addition to women of color were paid the least. Benefit package needs reevaluated, no 401K, work/home life balance not in alignment.

More compensation for the work I put in would be great for me financially. Sometimes you feel like a cog when you have to work multiple jobs to get by.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Because I feel that we should be paid more and recognized for our work

Review from Customer Support Dept

They over work you to the bone and until the pay or benefits are raised, try anywhere else.

Review from Sales Dept

Poor wages, take advantage of their employees.

Review from Customer Support Dept

There are no benefits or compensation.

Review from Operations Dept

I should be full time with benefits

Review from Sales Dept

I don't get compensation other than ordinary pay - no stocks, no benefits. I'm a night shift worker, I don't get that stuff.

Review from Sales Dept

Having been with the company for nearly 10 years, a total of 1 dollar raise in that time is basically unacceptable.
