We’re fine, the rules & regulations make it harder for us to do our jobs correctly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being leaders, I haven’t had one in awhile. They come in, get the money & leave. But that means we have more fun I guess.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Minimum wage for working in fast food isn’t a new concept, but it’s outdated and wrong. I have to work HOURS of overtime to make up for it.
