LIMITED WARRANTY
Since 1973, Timberland has been committed to offering the finest products, using only the best materials and applying strict quality control standards. Timberland products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from date of purchase. Our warranty is an expression of our confidence in the material and workmanship of our company's products, and assures unsurpassed quality for rugged, dependable products. This, however, is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear. Nor does it apply to product that has been damaged by misuse, neglect, accident, modification or unauthorized repair or product purchased from an unauthorized dealer or seller.
If you believe your product is defective, please email a completed Warranty Return Form to us at [email protected] along with the following pictures:

Proof of purchase within 12 months from an authorized dealer or seller

If, upon inspection, we determine that the product is defective, we reserve the right to replace the product or issue you a credit, depending on the nature of the defect. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

We do not require you to register your footwear with us to receive warranty benefits.

Please note and keep the return tracking number until your account is credited. Orders placed online with PayPal cannot be returned in-store for credit on the original form of payment. The store can provide a gift card, or customers can make returns via the free shipping label.
RETURNS ON CUSTOM PRODUCTS
At this time, we are unable to accept returns for customized products. Custom footwear orders are nonrefundable, except in cases of manufacturing or material defects (this does not cover normal wear and tear). For additional information, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your purchase.
GETTING CREDIT
We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. Your refund will be credited to your initial form of payment in 7-10 business days, in the amount of the purchase price plus any applicable taxes. It may take one or more billing cycles for your credit to appear after your return has been processed. Processing time varies seasonally.

You can return or exchange your timberland.com purchase at any Timberland-owned Specialty Store or Factory Outlet (not dealer stores) within 60 days of your order (or January 31, 2020, whichever is later). After 60 days, returns will only be accepted for defective merchandise. At this time, we are unable to accept returns for customized products.
Simply present the packing slip, together with the original credit card used to make your purchase, for a refund. If an alternative form of payment was used (Gift Card, eGift Card, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.), then store credit will be issued, which can be used at any Timberland Specialty Store, Timberland Factory Outlet or online at timberland.com. Find the store nearest you.
RETURN BY MAIL
To ship your purchase back to us using the return form provided on your packing slip, please take the following steps:
Fill it out. Detach the bottom half of the packing slip (that came with your order) and fill out your return information on the front. Include the quantity and a reason code for each item you are returning.
Box it up. Using a durable shipping box, package up your return merchandise with original packaging, if possible, andinclude the packing slip. Seal securely.
Ship it.
Affix the Merchandise Return Label securely to your package.
MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE THE PACKING SLIP INSIDE THE PACKAGE!
Take the package to your nearest post office for delivery. No postage is necessary if the package is mailed from within the United States.

Once your return is received and processed, your purchase will be credited to your initial form of payment for the product price plus any applicable taxes. Refunds can only be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase, not to a different credit card.
If your purchase was made with a Timberland Gift Card or eGift Card, the original Gift Card or eGift Card will be credited to reflect the return. You will receive an email confirming your return. If you no longer have the Gift Card/eGift Card, please contact us.

3-Day Shipping: You can expect your order to arrive in 3-4 business days, which includes order verification and processing.

If you choose to upgrade to 2-Day or Overnight Shipping, your order must be received with credit card authorized by 4:00 p.m. EST (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) or your order may not be processed until the following business day.
We use flat-rate shipping. Despite the number of shipments you receive, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.
APO/FPO orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.
P.O. Box deliveries in the 50 states will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Parcel Post. Any delivery to a P.O. Box address will be a $9.99 charge.
Alaska and Hawaii deliveries: Shipping will be via 2-Day Priority; Overnight may also be selected. Note that extra fees apply for both 2-day and overnight shipping. USPS will be selected for P.O. Boxes.

You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped, excluding custom products. You may be billed for items purchased with an alternative form of payment (Gift Card, E-Gift Card, Debit / Bank Card, PayPal, PayPal Credit) immediately upon order confirmation.

From the tracking page, you'll be able to see yourestimated delivery date and have the ability to sign up for shipping and delivery notifications.
Orders which include multiple items may be delivered via different packages, and may arrive at separate times. Tracking availability may vary depending on shipping methods and delivery carriers.
Tracking information will be provided for items shipped Standard Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day and Overnight. Note that a shipping company may not have the ability to track a shipment for up to 48 business hours after your initial order is placed.
Items shipped to P.O. boxes, military APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories (American Samoa, the Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands) are shipped via United Stated Postal Service Priority Mail and cannot be tracked at this time. However, you'll still be able to view your order status and other details.

View ArticleIn a few cases, this stubborn stain has been successfully removed using the Renewbuck cleaner, along with the dry cleaning kit. Using the cleaner softens the finish, and then you can use the eraser bar to work through the stain. Of course the biggest preventative is using Balm Proofer All-Purpose Protector as an initial protective barrier. Using the protector helps keep stains off AND helps with cleaning, if you get it before the stains really set in.

The first line of defense against blood stains is properly protecting the leather with Balm Proofer All-Purpose Protector or Waximum Waxed Leather Protector. Water stains can also be removed with a mixture of diluted vinegar and Renewbuck cleaner. After cleaning, use Balm Proofer All-Purpose protector.

How to Measure Yourself for a Great Fit
Hint: for the most accurate results, measure yourself in your undergarments.
Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping tape firmly under your armpits and around your shoulder blades.
Waist: Measure around your waist, slightly below your natural waist, where you normally wear your pants. Insert your forefinger between the tape and your body to allow ease in fit.
Sleeve Length: Bend your arm slightly. Measure from center back neck, across your shoulder, down to your elbow, down to your wrist.
Neck: Measure around the base of your neck, inserting your forefinger between the tape and your neck to allow ease in fit. Inseam: Measure a similar pant that fits you well. Measure along the inseam, from the crotch seam to the bottom of the hem.

Your Timberland brand watch is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship by Timberland Timepieces under the terms and conditions of this warranty, for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase.
This warranty covers the following components: the watch movements, hands and dial. Should a covered component be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period under normal use, it will be repaired or the watch will be replaced (at the sole discretion of the service center) free of repair charges. A copy of the receipt or dealer stamp is required for proof of purchase.
This Warranty Does Not Cover:
battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet
damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear

Yes. When you receive your eGift Card alert via email, follow the instructions in this message to retrieve and redeem your eGift Card. If you purchased a Plastic Gift Card, it will be delivered in to the physical address you entered by the delivery method you selected.
I want a printed eGift Card to present to someone as a gift. How do I do this?
Simply personalize the eGift Card for your recipient, have it sent to yourself, and then print it. To do this, enter your own email address in the "Recipient's Email" field. Next, enter your recipient's name and your personal message on the gift card preview, and complete the transaction normally. You will receive an eGift Card alert via email. Follow the instructions in this message to retrieve your eGift Card, and then choose "Click to print this page." The resulting printout may be presented as a gift to the recipient.
Can I send two (or more) eGift Cards or Plastic Gift Cards in one order or to two (or more) different people who share an email address?
Yes. You can purchase an eGift Card and a Gift Card in the same order. After you input the details for the first order, select the "Add Another Gift Card" option and you can purchase another eGift Card or Plastic Gift Card. If you send separate gift cards to Aunt Mary and Uncle Jim at their shared email address, they will receive two messages with the subject "[Sender] sent you an eGift Card from www.Timberland.com" with your name in place of [Sender]. Within the text of the emails, each message will be addressed to the respective recipient, using the name you entered in the purchase process, for example: "Dear Mary Smith, John Jones sent you a $XX eGift Card from www.Timberland.com."
RECEIVING & REDEEMING
What exactly does the recipient receive when I send an eGift Card or a Plastic Gift Card?
eGift Card:On the delivery date you choose, a message is sent to the recipient informing them of your gift, with a link to retrieve it online. The link in the email goes to a page showing the eGift Card you created (the design you selected, with your recipient's name and your personalized message), its value, and code number. This page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the eGift Card. Sometimes, special offers and promotions are listed on the page.
Plastic Gift Card:The recipient will receive an envelope via the delivery method you selected during the purchase, which will include a carrier with your personalized method and the Plastic Gift Card, with the design you selected. We are not able to ship Plastic Gift Cards to international addresses at this time.
When is the eGift Card sent to the recipient?
The eGift Card alert message is sent to the recipient on the date you choose. The delivery date is pre-set to the current date, so if you do not select a different date, the alert message is sent on the same day as your purchase.

If someone makes a copy of your eGift Card or you lose your Plastic Gift Card and redeem it for the full amount, your eGift Card or Plastic Gift Card will have no value. No matter how many copies are made of the eGift Card, the value of the eGift Card is tied to the gift card number. When that number is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the eGift Card. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your eGift Card or Plastic Gift Card contactimmediately. Any value that has not been used can be re-issued to you in a new eGift Card or Plastic Gift Card.
