What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's overpriced. Everything in the bakery comes in frozen and then we charge like $50 for some 'butercreme' (legally not buttercream) that's shelf stable for five years. There's no donation of leftovers, no reach out to the public or even adequate compensation of employees. Everyone hates it there.

coworkers are constantly on their cell phones while cashing people out. They need to stop.
